一种新颖的微带六端口电路器件分析方法

微带六端口电路器件中包括直角拐角、阶梯跳变和T型接头不连续性结构,产生了一定的传输损耗,影响到整个通信系统的性能,因此准确地分析其影响十分必要。运用传统连接散射矩阵法和微带线不连续性等效电路模型,提出了一种新颖的微带六端口电路器件的分析方法。介绍了连接散射矩阵法的基本原理,推导出任意微带多端口网络的散射参数计算公式,在此基础上引入已有的微带线不连续性等效电路模型,克服了传统的连接散射矩阵法要求各单元子网连接的传输线特性阻抗相同的局限性。将微带六端口电路器件划分为功分器、分支耦合器、直角拐角和传输线等单元子网进行了散射参数的计算,其结果与IE3D软件仿真结果一致性较好,充分证明了该分析方法的正确性和适用性。

Microstrip six-port circuit devices contain discontinuity structure including right-angle bend,step and T-junction,which generates a certain transmission loss and affect the performance of the entire communication refore,it is very necessary to accurately analyze its influence.A novel analytical method of microstrip line six-port circuit device is proposed based on the traditional connection scattering matrix method and the microstrip line discontinuity equivalent circuit stly,this paper introduces the basic principle of the connection scattering matrix method,and derives calculation formulas of scattering parameters for arbitrary microstrip multiport network,and introduces the existing microstrip line discontinuity equivalent circuit model to overcome limitations of the traditional connection scattering matrix method which requires equal characteristic impedance of interconnected transmission lines for each unit ally,microstrip six-port circuit device is divided into power divider,branch coupler,right-angle bend,transmission line unit sub-network to calculate scattering se results are in good agreement with IE3D simulation results,which fully proves the correctness and applicability of the proposed method.
