放大电路失真分析方法的局限性探讨

资料介绍

图解法通常用来分析晶体管放大电路的失真情况,并在理论上确定电路最大不失真输出电压的幅值。但是在分析放大电路截止失真时,这种方法明显与等效电路分析法的近似条件相违背。实例仿真表明,图解法所确定的最大不失真输出电压的理论值同仿真结果有较大误差,其原因在于:当输入信号较大时,晶体管非线性失真明显,而图解法并没有考虑到晶体管的非线性失真,其实质仍是一种线性分析方法。

The graphical method of bipolar-junction-transistor(BJT)amplifiers,is usually used to analyze the distortion of the amplifiers,and determine the maximum output ever,this method is found to be contrary to the approximate condition of the equivalent circuit analysis method,especially for the analysis of cut-off is shown that the maximum distortion-free output amplitude of a common-emitter amplifier determined by the graphical method is quite different from the simulation reason is that the nonlinear distortion of the BJT is considerable for larger input,yet is not taken into account by the graphical method or the equivalent circuit method,which is essentially linear.
