为了优化和提升电动汽车中的磷酸铁锂电池组均衡系统的性能,在应用广泛的Buck-Boost均衡电路基础上,提出了一种可减少开关数量、加快均衡速度和提高效率的拓扑结构。该均衡电路用开关电感模块替代电感,克服了Buck-Boost均衡电路仅能在相邻电池间传递电荷的缺点,通过控制电感模块中的开关继电器,改变BuckBoost电路的均衡子电路,减少电荷转移步数。通过对比分析和实验验证可知,优化后的Buck-Boost均衡电路相较于原电路减少了开关数量,加快了27%的均衡速度和提高了均衡效率。

To optimize and improve the performances of balancing system for Li Fe PO4 battery stacks in electric vehicles, this paper proposes a new balancing topology based on a well known Buck-Boost circuit, which can reduce the number of switches, balancing time and losses. The switch inductance modules are substitute for inductors, which overcome the disadvantages of traditional balancing circuit by controlling the relay in modules.
