资料介绍

为了提高等离子消融手术系统的频率输出,提出一种新型的全桥拓扑结构。应用LCR谐振原理,对传统的全桥逆变拓扑结构进行改进,当谐振电路工作在恰当的区域可以实现开关管的零电压的开通和近似零电压的关断,能大大降低开关管的开关损耗。同时,其拓扑结构中同桥臂的2个开关管的驱动信号不需要设置死区。实验结果表明,谐振电路工作在感性状态时,开关管可以实现软开关,并适合兆赫兹的超高频场合。

In order to increase the frequency of plasma ablation surgical system output,a new fullbridge inverter which is suitable for ultra-high frequency are presented in this paper.The topological structure of traditional full bridge inverter is improved by the principle of LCR resonance.The MOSFETs can achieve zero-voltage-switching(ZVS)turn-on and approximate ZVS turn-off when circuit working in a right way,which reduces the switching loss of the MOSFETs.On the other hand,the topological structure makes it possible that no dead time is reserved for the complementary drives.The experimental results show that when the resonant circuit working in emotional state,MOSFET can achieve the function of soft switching,and the circuit is suitable for MHz ultra-high fre...
