一种新型机载防浪涌电压保护电路设计

A novel airborne preventing surge vohage protective circuit was designed. The COMS chip LT4356 and APL502L were the main components of the circuit which is simple and reliable enough to satisfy the demand of 80 V/50 ms. The main characteristics of the preventing surge voltage protective circuit and the design of parameters were discussed, furthermore, the circuit was simulation analyzed. The result of the experiment indicates that it is reliable and effective of the circuit.
