基于对数检测法的射频功率测量电路设计
资料介绍
随着3G通信技术的发展,在进行通信系统的设计过程中,射频功率的测量具有重要意义。从动态范围、频带宽度和线性度三方面分析了对数放大器检测法测量射频功率原理,论述了对数放大器检测法测量射频的优势,在此基础上,采用ADI公司的AD8318芯片和PIC16F874单片机设计了基于对数检测法的射频功率测量电路。电路测试结果表明：该方法具有宽频带、高精度、动态范围大和温度稳定性好等优点。
With the development of 3G communication technology, RF power measurement is of great significance in the design process of communication system. The RF power measured by logarithmic amplifier detection method is analyzed from three aspects of dynamic range, bandwidth and linearity. A RF power measurement circuit based on logarithmic detection method was designed using ADI＇s AD8318 chip and PIC16F874 SCM. The circuit test results show that the method has wide bandwidth, high accuracy, large dynamic range and stable temperature.
