基于场效应管的大功率直流电机驱动电路设计

以增强型场效应管为核心,基于H桥脉宽调制(PWM)控制原理,利用光电隔离器设计了一种大功率直流电机驱动控制电路,该电路能够很好地满足直流电机正、反转控制和调速的需要。试验表明该驱动控制电路具有性能稳定、驱动能力大、抗干扰能力强等特点。
Base on H-bridge PWM control theory,with the core of N channel power MOSFET,make use of light-electioner design a high-power driver for DC motor,the circuit could meet with the need of reverse rotation and speed regulation for DC motor.Experiments showed that the drive circuit had characteristics of reliable performance,power-ful drive energy,strong anti-interference ability.
