资料介绍

为了提高无源超高频射频识别(UHF RFID)标签的通信距离,在研究了其受限的主要因素后,提出一种适用于UHF RFID标签芯片的稳压器。采用了倍压电路与低压差线性稳压器(LDO)相结合的方式,极大地提高了标签的通信距离。在工作电源电压为1.2V时,该稳压器的静态功耗为350n W。该设计在中芯国际2P4M CMOS 0.18μm EEPROM工艺下成功流片,稳压器的版图面积仅为89μm×85.8μm。应用传统稳压器与文中提出稳压器的标签读取距离分别为5.1m和6.8m。

To extend the communication range of the UHF RFID tag chip,a regulator was proposed after the researching of the restriction of the range. The proposed regulator combined the multiply and LDO,which greatly extended the communication range. The minimum power voltage of the proposed regulator was only0. 95 V when the power consumption and layout area were comparative with the traditional resolution.
