资料介绍

使用电阻应变片测量物体的承受载荷情况是最常用的测量方法。受电阻应变片个体操作差异性、传输线路损耗、温度漂移等因素的影响,初始零位的固定对实际测量数据的读取有重要的意义。基于STM32微控制器,配合多种电子元器件,设计出了一种具有自动调零能力的应变信号调理电路,完全实现了自动化,方便快捷,提高了调零精度。

Using a resistance strain gauge to measure the load bearing conditions of the object,is the most commonly used method of to individual difference of strain gauge operation,transmission line loss,the influence of temperature drift,the fixed position of the initial zero is of great significance for reading the actual measurement ed on STM32 microcontroller with a variety of electronic components,this paper designed one kind of strain signal conditioning circuit with automatic zero module,which is fully automated,fast and convenient,also improved the precision of zero.
