电子束高频偏转扫描电路基础研究

设计了能实现阶梯波电流电子束高频偏转扫描电路,分析了电路的拓扑结构、驱动电路工作原理、基于DSP的控制系统。检测了电路输出的驱动波形、电流波形。试验结果表明:该电路能够输出多种驱动波形,均达到了高频,电流变化率小的正弦波驱动波形能够达到200kHz;阶梯波电流由于需要较快的电流变化,工作频率在1kHz以下保持了与扫描波形一致的波形输出;提高线圈的工作电压,有利于在高频状态下实现大的电流变化率。

In order to control the deflection scanning of electron beam,the stepped current wave was obtained by designing the circuit with high frequency.The topology of the circuit,the operation principle of driving circuit,and the control system based on DSP were analyzed.The output wave of driving circuit and current wave of deflection coil were detected.The experiments show that the circuit can output several driving wave with high frequency.The sine wave of driving circuit can be achieved to 200 kHz.For the need of fast transformation rate of current,the stepped wave is uniform to scanning wave with the frequency less than 1 kHz.The increase of operation voltage of deflection coil can improve the current transformation rate at high frequency.
