资料介绍

一种可以在棉絮加工生产线上实现棉花自动称重的装置,该装置主要包括传送装置、称重装置与座架。传送装置由驱动电机、传送轴与传送带组成;称重装置以两个称重传感器为测量元件,结合测控电路实现称重;该传感器是本单位自行研制的传感器,精度可达0.05%,测控电路以ADS1240为核心,实现信号的滤波与放大;座架采用4号型材直接焊接而成,起到支撑和连接各部件的作用。

An automatic weighing device for cotton which is researched and fabricated can be implement in cotton processing production line. This device mainly includes transmission device, weighing device and nsmitting device consists of drive motor,transmission shaft and conveyor belt. Weighing devices takes two weighing sensors as measuring element so as to realize weighing combined with measurement and control sensor is independently researched and fabricated,which can ensure precision of 0. 05 %. The circuit uses ADS1240 as core,which realizes signal filtering and amplification. 4 # section bar is used to weld pillow block bearing,which supports and connects each parts of device.
