资料介绍

提出一种基于单片机控制的锂电池组电路设计方案.采用8位CMOS闪存单片机PIC16F886作为主控芯片,电路设计中含有S-8254芯片的一次保护电路、S-8244芯片的二次保护电路和MCU的辅助保护功能电路,辅以电池均衡控制电路,实现对整个电池组电路的状态监控和保护功能.对所设计的锂电池组电路进行测试实验,结果表明该设计不仅能精确测量电池组电量,有效保护其电路,而且可使电池进行均衡充电,使各个电池都发挥出最优的性能,从而满足笔记本电脑电源的要求.

A new approach to design lithium battery circuit based on MCU was proposed. The method used8-bit CMOS Flash MCU PIC16F886 as the master chip. In order to monitor the status of the circuit and protect the batteries, the circuit design should first contain a protection circuit with S-8254 chip, second a protection circuit with S-8244, third an MCU auxiliary protection circuit and fourth a battery equilibrium control experiments were made based on the circuit design of lithium batteries.
