资料介绍

为了满足液体质量的准确测量,提出了一种新的小信号温度补偿设计方案。采用高精度的差分输入信号电桥电路,选用AD8429超低噪声、低温漂、高共模抑制比仪表放大器,设计带有温度补偿的温差小信号两级放大电路,通过对芯片温度和环境温度的双重温度考虑,采用铂电阻Pt100,对其进行特殊处理,将其附着在主芯片AD8429上,能够及时感应芯片以及环境温度的变化。测试结果表明,该方案可行,提高了液体质量测量精度,具有一定的实用性。

In order to meet the quality of liquid measurement accurately, this paper proposed a new design of small signal tem- perature compensation. By using differential input signal of a bridge circuit with high precision and choosing AD8429 instrument amplifier with ultra - low noise, low temperature drift, high common mode rejection ratio, temperature difference with temperature compensation was designed for small signal two - stage amplifier circuit.
