目的:为解决医院现有呼叫系统的弊端,研制一种用于病区按需呼叫系统的载波耦合输出和接收电路。方法:利用最经济、简便的电力线载波数据传输方式,采用复合耦合技术设计。该电路由滤波器、耦合变压器、保护电路等部分组成。结果:该电路可满足系统检验技术规范,在现场环境中通信成功率超过99%,最大通信距离为200 m,能够满足一般医院的要求。结论:该电路的性能完全能满足病区按需呼叫系统,省略了复杂布线,且简单有效,能以较低成本实现。

Objective To develop a carrier coupling output and receiving circuit based on demand-type ward call system to eliminate the deficiencies of the existing call system. Methods The circuit was developed with power line carrier data transmission, and was composed of the filter, coupling transformer, protective circuit and etc. Results The circuit met the requirements of the technical specifications, and had the success rate of field communication being 99% and the maximum communication distance being 200 m, which could be used in the hospital. Conclusion The circuit has easy operation and low cost while no need for complicated wiring, and is suitable for demand-type ward call system.
