双极型步进电机的斩波驱动电路设计

设计了一款用于双极型步进电机的斩波驱动电路,采用可变增益放大器实现电流检测和角度细分以提高精度,采用新型低功耗功率放大电路降低芯片功耗,并采用0.35μm BCD 工艺,最高输出电压为35 V,驱动能力为±2.5 A。测试结果表明,负载电源静态电流为3.9 mA,功率管导通电阻不超过0.23Ω,斩波电流误差小于8%。
This paper presents a chopper for bipolar stepper motor. To detect the current, implement microstepping drive, improve the accuracy and reduce power dissipation, a variable gain amplifier and a novel low power amplifier is designed. Fabricated in 0.35μm BCD process, with an output drive capacity of up to 35 V and ±2.5 A, the test results show that the load supply static state current is 3.9 mA, FET on resistance less than 0.23Ω, choppimg current accuracy less than 8%.
