基于电流合成的现场总线发送电路设计

In this paper, it shows a design based on BCD350 process, that constant current control and signal transmission circuit of fieldbus MAU chips. The quiescent current of this circuit can be set by an external resistor, and circuit supports symmetric and asymmetric transmission mode by current synthesis. HSPICE simulations show that the constant characteristics of the circuit and the signal waveform of transmission satisfy fieldbus communication protocol requirements.
