研究了惠普忆阻器的电荷控制模型，并构建了其Simulink模型，给出了相应的仿真结果。最后设计了一种基于忆阻器的迟滞比较电路，建立了其Simulink仿真模型，分析了其仿真结果。此电路简单易用，能应用于多种电路，比如方波和锯齿波产生电路等。它在电路尺寸、电路功耗等方面都有优势。

In this paper,the charge-control ed model of HP memristor is studied,and it＇s SimuIink model is buiIt and the corresponding simuIation resuIts are Iast,a hysteresis comparison circuit based on memristor is designed,and it＇s SimuIink modeI is built and the corresponding simulation resuIts are s circuit is simple and easy-to-use,and can be wideIy used in many circuits,such as rectanguIar wave and sawtooth wave generator.
