提出了一种电能质量监测芯片的系统方案,So C芯片集成了信号采集、电能质量参数计算、录波和控制通信等功能,各种模块利用芯片上的高速总线进行数据交换。由于固化了电能质量参数计算的各种标准方法,方案的So C芯片可以简化电能质量监测终端装置的硬件设计,减少各厂家在计算算法上的重复劳动,提高可靠性和一致性。基于此芯片可以开发出各种小型或手持式电能质量监测终端,配合各类新能源设备的接入,电动车充放电计量等应用。

A scheme of power quality monitoring System on Chip ( SoC ) is proposed in this paper. The proposed SoC integrates several function blocks such as signal acquisition, power quality parameter calculation, wave recording, and control communication etc. These blocks exchange data with each other by using on-chip high speed data bus. As various calculation standard methods are implemented by using hardware, the proposed SoC simplifies the duplicate efforts of device manufacturer, and improves reliability and consistency. Based on the SoC, the small or handheld power quality monitoring terminals can be developed and widely used in the area of new energy device and electric vehicle charging and discharging measurement etc.
