新型电动汽车锂电池组电量均衡电路设计

介绍了一种应用于电动汽车锂电池组管理系统中均衡电路的新型结构.该结构采用正激式DC-DC变压器,电池通过双向开关与次级绕组并联.通过MCU和驱动芯片对相应MOSFET控制来实现充、放电电路的选通和能量转移,最终实现电池均衡.选用14节磷酸铁锂电池组成电池包进行实验,实验结果表明本电路结构工作稳定,具有效率高、均衡时间短的优点.
A new structure of balancing circuit applied to electrical vehicle battery management system was introduced. Forward DC-DC converter was adopted, and the battery was paralleled by secondary winding and bi-direction switch. The charge circuit and discharge circuit were switched to transfer energy through the control of MOSFET by MCU and driver IC, and then the battery balancing was realized finally. After a test on a pack including 14 cells, the result shows the structure are more stable, higher-efficient, and have shorter balancing period.
