电容式加速度计接口电路非线性建模与仿真设计

非线性是Sigma-Delta(∑△)加速度计系统的关键指标之一.基于一个五阶∑△加速度计结构,分析了其主要的非线性模块,在MATLAB中建立了整体结构的行为级模型,并利用根轨迹法进行了稳定性分析.基于TSMC 0.35 μm工艺实现了一位量化的开关电容接口电路设计和版图设计,版图的后仿真结果和模型的行为级仿真结果一致,验证了所建立模型和设计电路的准确性.
Nonlinearity is one of the most critical parameters for Sigma-Delta (∑△) accelerometer system. In this paper, the main nonlinear modules are analyzed based on a fifth-order ∑△ accelerometer topology. The whole behavior model is accomplished in MATLAB, and the stability analysis is implemented by the application of the root locus. The switched-capacitor interface circuit and layout with 1-bit quantizer are designed in the TSMC 0.35 μm process. The post-simulation result of the layout accords with the behavior simulation result of the model, which indicates the accuracy of the model and designed circuit.
