The controller is a core component of electric vehicles. Its quality has direct influence on the performance of electric vehicles. In view of its characteristics, a design and implementation scheme of on-line automatic test system suitable for controller is offered. The test system is composed of an intelligent testing equipment and a control analysis software running on personal computer. The control circuit, which provides all kinds of testing control conditions for the controller under test, and all sorts of measured circuits, which read the results from the controller under test, were designed.
