传统的微小电容测量电路难以满足电容式传感器的发展要求;为此,提出以AD7746为电容数字转换器、MSP430F149为微处理器的测量方案,详细论述了电路的应用背景和软硬件设计,为电容式传感器的信号处理提供了全新的思路和解决方案。测试结果表明:在量程为0至4.096pF、电容数字转换时间为109.6ms时,峰峰(P-P)分辨率为16位,0.1fF,测量电路具有分辨率高、精度高、响应快速、外部电路结构简单、易于集成、稳定性好、开发周期短、成本低等特点,具有较好的应用价值。

Traditional measuring circuits based on tiny capacitances are difficult to meet the need of capacitive sensors. A measurement scheme is proposed that AD7746 is used as a capacitance to digital converter and MSP430F149 as a microcontroller. The application background of the circuit and its design for the software and hardware are discussed in detail. This scheme provides the new thought and version for the signal processing of the capacitive sensors. The measured results show that the P- P resolution is 16 bits(0.1 iF) when the range is be- tween 0 and 4. 096 pF and the response time is 109.6 ms.
