可见光通信系统驱动电路设计
资料介绍
针对目前可见光通信存在的光源调制频率低、功耗大和传输距离短等问题,研究了模拟和数字调制驱动电路,提出了一款基于DD31i的驱动电路。采用频率为200kHz的方波信号作为输入信号,将调制信息加载到白光LED上形成调制光并发射,在接收端通过示波器观测到输出信号与发射信号频率一致。
In order to resolve the problem which exist in visible light communication such as low modulation frequency, high power and short transmission distance, the paper studies on the analog and digital modulation driving circuit, and proposes a drive circuit based on DD311. The input signal is a 200kHz square signal, the modulated signal is put on the white LED, and transmitted to the receiver, the output signal is shown on oscil- loscope, it shows the input signal frequency and output signal are equal.
