现代机电设备中包含了大量的机电控制电路及元件,对其故障的准确判断非常困难。利用设计了一种电路控制板在线故障检测系统,以实现对电子元器件的在线无损伤检测。检测系统主要由上位机和下位机构成,上位机负责用户交互和信息管理等功能;下位机是检测系统的核心组成,包括微控制器、CPLD控制电路、信号采集板与测试接口电路等,完成电控元器件和电路板的故障信号采集等功能。采用嵌入式技术和VHDL语言进行了硬件设计与软件开发,通过改进测试向量算法提高了测试的速率和故障覆盖率,实现了系统良好的人机交互和电路故障测试分析功能。

There are lots of electronic control components and cards in modern mechatronic deviees. It is mueh difficult to detect and diagnose various faults of the machine. An online node-structive fault detection system is developed so as to fulfill the fault detection and maintenance. The fault detection system consists of master and slave chassis together with communication unit. The embedded technique and VHDL language are used in the development of its firmware and software platform.
