本系统以STM32单片机为主控制器,以Boost升压电路和全桥逆变电路为核心,辅以检测电路、驱动电路与辅助电源电路。控制信号PWM波与SPWM波由STM32内部定时器工作于PWM模式和SPWM模式下产生的输出;通过交流电压闭环与PI控制实现逆变输出电压可调,通过频率开环设置SPWM波的频率,实现输出电压频率可调。系统可以测量显示逆变后的电压、电流,并且为整体系统添加了过压、欠压保护和过流、短路保护等功能,提高了系统的安全性。经实测表明:所设计的系统功能完善,具有效率高、精度高、变化率低的特点,各项指标良好。

This system take the STM32 single chip microcomputer as the principal controller, boost circuit and the full bridge inverter circuit as the core, supplemented by detection circuit, drive circuit and auxiliary power supply circuit. PWM wave and SPWM wave are generated by the timer inside of STM32 SCM which works at PWM and SPWM generating mode. The inverter output voltage can be adjusted by means of AC voltage closed loop and PI control. The frequency of the SPWM wave is set by the frequency open loop, and the output vokage frequency can be adjusted. The system can measure and display the voltage and current of the inverter.
