In order to improve the reliability and stability of the electric vehicle motor controller, the authors design a type of three-phase current unbalance circuit, including the selection of the current sensor, the circuit of three-phase filter, the inverting summing circuit of three-phase current, the comparator circuit of upper and lower limits and the light-emitting diode warning. Through simulation experiments, the results verify the detection circuit is correct and feasible.
