资料介绍

为改善开关磁阻电机(SRM)运行效率和功率电路的工作性能,降低SRM调速系统硬件的复杂程度,提出了一种基于智能功率模块的新型SRM功率电路。功率电路由日本三菱公司生产的智能功率模块PM75RLA120构成,并设计了其驱动电路、故障处理电路和保护电路。在一台1.5 kW三相12/8极SRM上进行试验验证,试验结果证明了该功率电路的可行性。

Abstract: To improve switched reluctance motor(SRM) operating efficiency and performance of power circuit of SRM as well as reduce the complexity of power circuit for switched reluctance motor control system, a new power circuit of SRM based on intelligent power module ( IPM ) was introduced. The power circuit was produced by the Japanese Mitsubishi intelligent power modules PM75RLA120. And then, exclusive drive circuit, troubleshooting circuit and protection circuit of IPM were designed. Experiment was achieved on a three-phase 12/8 pole switched reluctance motor of 1.5 kW, and the results proved that the circuit based on IPM was feasible.
