新型低功耗γ射线传感器检测电路设计
资料介绍
为了顺应辐射检测仪集成化和小型化的趋势,设计了一种新型低功耗γ射线传感器检测电路。该电路采用电容耦合式积分放大器加比较器的检测方式,配合单片机实现了数字化控制,有效扩大了电路的应用范围,具有隔离直流工作点,检测精度高的优点。测试结果表明:新型γ射线传感器检测电路满足设计指标要求,适用于核辐射检测系统。
Following the trend of integration and miniaturization for the radiation detectors, a new low power y- ray sensor detector circuit is developed. The capacitive coupling integrated amplifier and comparator is applied in the circuit, which realize the digital control with single - chip microcomputer and extend the range of application. The test result of the circuit indicated that the new y- Ray sensor detector circuit has realized the design goal and suits for applying for nuclear radiation detect system.
