虚拟仪器技术在舰船装备数字电路板维修中的应用
资料介绍
针对某型装备硬件电路集成度不高、故障率上升的问题,采用虚拟仪器技术,设计了一种基于PXIE总线的智能检测平台,可实现某装备数字插件板的快速故障定位,并重点讨论了该检测系统的虚拟仪器配置方案及其软、硬件实现方法。
Aiming at the low integrated and the increasing failure rate problems of a certain-type equipment hardware circuit, an intelligent testing platform based on the technique of PXIE bus was designed by using virtual instrument technology, which can achieve the fast locating of failure for the digital plug-in boards introduced from the a certain type equipment. The virtual instrument configuration project and the realization of hardware and software of this test system was discussed emphatically.
