近些年来,无刷直流电机在电动汽车领域得到了广泛的应用,它的电动与回馈制动控制系统通过采用三相全桥逆变电路能够实现四象限运行。本文深入研究和分析了电压型三相全桥逆变电路控制的无刷直流电机在全桥和半桥调制方式下的电动和回馈制动过程。用DSP作为控制器在半桥调制下实施电动与回馈制动,并对换相部分进行了软件设计。通过对全桥和半桥控制下的逆变电路的具体分析,有助于在电动汽车的电动和回馈制动设计中实现电路简化和控制有效等功能。

In recent years, the brushless DC motor has been widely applied in the field of electric automobile. Its control systems of power-driven and regenerative braking can achieve four-quadrant operation by using three-phase full-bridge inverter circuit. This paper studies up on the processes of the power-driven and regenerative braking in the full-bridge and half-bridge modulation modes of the brushless DC motor which is controlled by the voltage-type three-phase full-bridge inverter circuit. The DSP is used as a con- troller to implement the drive and regenerate braking in the half-bridge modulation, and the software of commutation is designed. It is conducive to realize the functions of circuit simplifying and effective control, etc ...
