基于北斗实时高精度动态相位差分定位技术,研究应用于GSM-R通信铁塔安全监测的远程在线健康诊断系统。该系统通过北斗定位可获得铁塔实时位置,通过倾斜算法算出铁塔实时位移、倾斜角和垂直度,并集成对铁塔所在环境实时风速风向的监测。该系统电路设计简单,可靠性高,可满足铁塔监测功能。

On the basis of the real time high precision dynamic phase differential positioning technology, researches are made on a remote online health diagnosis system adopted for monitoring of GSM-R communication safety. The system is able to obtain the real-time position of the tower through the Bei Dou Navigation System, calculate the real-time displacement, inclination angle and verticality of the tower, and integrate the monitoring of the real-time wind speed and direction around the environment where the tower is locating. The system is simple for circuit design with higher reliability, and is able to meet the requirements for monitoring of communication towers.
