声光调制器驱动源电路研究

介绍一种声光调制器驱动源的电路设计，用以提高声光调制器性能。在驱动电路的设计中运用稳频稳幅措施、深度负反馈技术及高频低噪的功放集成芯片，改善驱动信号质量，提高输出功率。使驱动源的电路参数满足声光调制器的要求。
The design of a driving source circuit of acousto-optic modulator has been presented in this paper. The proposed driving source circuit can be used to improve the performance of the acousto-optic modulator. The frequency-stabilization and amplitude-stabilization methods, deep negative feedback technique and power amplifier integrated chip with high frequency and low noise have been used in the driving circuit design to improve the quality of the driving signals and increase the output power. Thus the circuit parameters of the driving source can meet the requirements of the acousto-optic modulator.
