研发一种输入电压为12.5~50 V,输出电压为28.5 V的高效稳压电路。以LTC3780为集成控制器,考虑效率和尺寸要求,对主功率电路、控制电路、滤波电路、稳压供电电路和驱动电路进行设计,并通过电磁兼容设计和散热设计进一步提高电路性能。在12.5 V、28.5 V和50 V的输入电压下进行空载和满载测试,输出电压保持在28~29 V范围内,输出纹波小于200 m V;在0.9 A和1.8 A的输出电流下进行效率测试,效率最低值为94.8%。该电路已在地质灾害应急设备和机载项目中成功应用,具有较好的市场前景。

A high efficient voltage stable circuit with input voltage of 12.5~50 V and output voltage of 28.5 V is developed. Taking LTC3780 as an integrated controller and considering the requirements of efficiency and size, the main power circuit, control circuit, filter circuit, voltage stable power supply circuit and driving circuit are designed, and the performance of the circuit is further improved through EMC design and heat dissipation.
