提出一种基于DC(直流)-DC斩波器的模块化均衡电路,并搭配混合均衡控制策略,采用电感作为电能缓存单元,在理论上实现零损耗。在理论研究的基础上,使用PSIM软件进行仿真模拟,验证均衡策略对能量均衡的作用。采用额定电压为3.2V的8只磷酸铁锂锂离子电池分别在充电、放电与闲置状态下进行均衡实验,结果表明:压差在0.5V以内的电池在经过40s均衡过程后,电压趋于一致。在均衡过程中,电池组能量趋于一致,提高了电池组的充放电容量,电池的循环性能得到改善。

A modular equalization circuit based on the structure of direct current(DC) -DC chopper was proposed. With the hybrid equalization control strategy,the inductor was used as the energy storage unit to achieve zero loss theoretically. The simulation was performed on the PSIM software to verify the effect of the equilibrium strategy on energy balance. 8 lithium iron phosphate Li-ion batteries with a nominal voltage of 3.2 V were used for charge-discharge and idle equilibrium.
