针对电路板尺寸小、器件多、质量要求高且不适合频繁接触检测的现状,提出了一种基于计算机图像处理的非接触式检测方案。该方案主要包括图像获取、算法处理和结果显示3部分。采用TWAIN协议获取电路板图像;在RGB色彩空间使用改进的轮廓提取算法获取元器件的轮廓;利用色彩空间的区分度,对电路板上的器件缺失和器件缺陷进行检测。相对于传统的人工检测,该方案在检测效率和检测准确性上,都有较大的提高。

According to the size of circuit board is getting smaller, electronic components are getting more and more, qualicty requrements of circuit board are getting higher and highter, and be suitable for forquent confact inspection. This paper provides a solution to the no-wntact inspection for circuit boards based on computer image processing. The study mainly refers to image acquisition, processing and display of the results.
