资料介绍

针对超声电机驱动技术要求,提出一种新型超声电机驱动功率放大电路方案,即采用两级运算放大级并联与变压器组合方式;该电路电压放大级将原始信号电压小幅放大,继而信号进入功率放大级,此级选择2个功率放大器芯片并联进行功率放大,利用变压器升高电压幅值,使信号满足驱动超声电机要求.对两级运算放大电路仿真分析以及整体电路的测试结果表明,其输出信号达到设计要求,该电路具有较好的功率放大能力,同时集成运放的使用进一步简化了电路复杂程度,并拥有较高的稳定性与经济性.

Aiming at the requirements of ultrasonic motor drive technology, a new scheme of driving power amplifier cir-cuit for ultrasonic motor （USM） was proposed, the combination of two stage operational amplifier cascade and transformer was used. First, the voltage amplification stage amplified the original signal voltage slightly, then the signal entered the power amplification stage. In this stage, two power amplifier chips were selected for the power amplification, and the sig-nal voltage was increased by the transformer to meet the requirement of driving USM.
