The paper introduce an effective gallium nitride biasing circuit. This circuit can not only strictly control the upper and lower electrical order of the gate and drain,ensure the reliable work of the Ga N power device,but also have the gate pressure temperature compensation function,which ensures the stable static working point of the device,thus obtaining stable RF performance.
