为了提高电流测量元件的测量精度,根据闭环霍尔原理在测量电流时具有漏磁少、温飘影响小等优点,本文对闭环霍尔电流传感器与相关器件进行了优化选择;根据所需要的测量量程设计了差分放大电路的相关参数;通过数字控制器对霍尔元件的零偏电压进行调零,提高电流传感器的测量精度.试验证明本文所设计的闭环霍尔电流传感器具有较好的测量精度,在不同待测电流信号强度的条件下均能保证较小的相对误差,具有较好的实用价值.

In order to improve the measurement accuracy of current measuring components, According to the closed-loop Hall principle, the magnetic leakage is small when the current is measured, and the influence of temperature drift is small. This paper optimizes the closed-loop Hall current sensor and related devices, the relevant parameters of the differential amplifier circuit are designed according to the required measurement range. The zero offset voltage of the Hall element is zeroed by the digital controller to improve the measurement accuracy of the current sensor.
