电子镇流器中的波峰因数过流保护电路
资料介绍
提出一种波峰因数过流保护电路.利用外部低端驱动管的导通电阻来实现谐振电感电流的采样,并且通过对波峰因数的测量实现过流检测,完成对谐振电感的过流保护,从而延长电子镇流器的使用寿命.基于0.5μm BCD工艺,在典型情况下,通过Cadence Hspice工具仿真验证,结果表明该电路能够可靠实现对谐振电感的过流保护.
A crest factor over-current protection circuit is presented.The resistance of the low-side drive tube is used to realize resonant inductor current sampling and crest factor measurement is taken to obtain over-current protection.The circuit is completed on over-current protection for different resonant inductors,so that it extends the work time of electronic ballasts.Typically in the 0.5 μm BCD（Bipolar,CMOS,DMOS） process,Hspice simulation results show that the designed circuit can accurately realize over-current protection for the resonant inductor.
