资料介绍

目的采用电路分析法和仿真分析法对晶闸管相控整流电路中晶闸管压降进行分析研究。方法通过采用电路等效变换以及MATLAB仿真，对不同种类、不同负载性质的整流电路中晶闸管管压降进行了详细分析。结果／结论实践表明，两种方法分析结果完全一致，而且电路等效变换和仿真技术的应用可以使晶闸管相控整流电路分析更快、更简单。

Aim To analyze and research the thyristor voltage drop in different SCR rectifier circuit with two kinds of methods, one is based on circuit, and the other is based on simulation. Methods The equivalent circuit＇s conversion and the MATLAB simulation are used to analyze in detail thyristor voltage drop in different SCR rectifier circuits with different type of loads. Results and Conclusion Practices show that the simulation results completely accord with the circuit analysis. Moreover, the analysis of the SCR rectifier circuit can be made faster and simpler by using these two kinds of a- nalysis methods.
