基于永磁振动发电的微功耗电能处理电路
资料介绍
永磁振动发电机的输出功率较小,且输出特性受振动环境影响明显,因此开发了一种低功耗电能处理电路,提高供电效率。在人体甩臂运动时,对永磁振动发电机输出的电动势进行测量,计算功率谱密度,确定振动发电机的能量输出集中的频段。以此为基础,计算永磁振动发电机的输出阻抗并设计整体电路,包括与发电机阻抗匹配的整流滤波电路、储能电路、升压供电电路。仿真和实验研究,证明电路的工作损耗低于30μW。
The permanent magnet vibration generator has low output power,and it is infuluenced by environmental s,a low power comsumption circuit is contrived to process the energy and improve the efficiency of power output voltages are measured when experimenter swing his power spectral density is calculated for revealing the bandwhich the output energy is concentrated ed on this,calculate the impedance of the permanent magnet vibration generator and design the circuit contains the filter circuit,energy storage and supply experimental results show that only no more than 30μW is consumed by the circuit.
