印刷电路板抓取机械手的设计

资料介绍

针对手工抓取印刷电路板放入吸塑盒存在效率低且容易对PCB造成损害的问题,本文以某印刷电路板公司为研究对象,设计了印刷电路板(printed circuit board,PCB)自动化生产流水线,对PCB抓取机器人进行了总体的结构设计,通过对几种机械手抓取方案的比较,选取柔性夹钳式机械手。分析结果表明,本文设计的机械手在抓取PCB小板过程中,运动平稳,很好地实现了PCB抓取和装盒操作。该研究为PCB抓取的研究和开发提供了理论依据,具有广阔的发展前景。

For a PCB(printed circuit board)manufacturing company in Qingdao,people manually grab PCB into the blister box with low efficiency.Manual work is liable to cause damage to the PCB,or an operation error may cause the whole product to be scrapped.Therefore,the automatic production line of PCB is designed,and the overall structure of PCB grasping robot is designed.By comparison,several mechanical hand grasping schemes are compared.However,because of the uneven surface of PCB,it is difficult to select the location of the adsorption.Humanoid manipulator can achieve accurate PCB capture,but the efficiency is low and the design cost is higher.Therefore,flexible gripper manipulator is adopted in this paper.According to th...
