应用于光接收机的环形压控振荡器设计
资料介绍
研究了光接收机中环形压控振荡器。设计基于差分放大器的改进型增益级,以减小增益级的延迟与振荡器的相位噪声。采用0.13μmCMOS工艺,设计一种应用于锁相环时钟恢复电路的双延时路径环形压控振荡器。版图后仿结果显示:所设计压控振荡器电路可工作在6.2GHz~11.5GHz频段,具有较低相位噪声。
Design of ring voltage controlled oscillator(VCO)for application in an optical receiver is studied in this improved delay cells based on differential amplifiers is proposed to reduce the delay of the cell and the phase noise of the e on the proposed delay cell,an even stage ring VCO for a phase locked loop(PLL)clock recovery circuit is designed with a0.13μm CMOS t simulation results of the chip layout indicate that the proposed VCO works well at the frequency band of6.2GHz~11.5GHz with low phase noise.
