激光器高压脉冲触发电源的设计

资料介绍

为了使CO2激光器高压旋转火花开关稳定地工作和方便维修,提出一种基于IGBT器件的激光器高压脉冲触发电源。该触发电源采用单相220V交流供电,并加入电磁抗干扰电路,将高压绝缘油散热改为自然冷却方式。触发电源输出峰值电压大于45kV,峰值功率约为2kW,频率范围在100-600Hz连续可调,脉冲宽度可设置在50-200μs之间。测试结果表明,触发电源能稳定地触发高压旋转火花开关工作,并具有体积小、功耗低和便于维修等特点,同时满足电磁强抗干扰的要求,对其他的气体激光器也具有一定的实际参考价值。
