印制电路板微带线的电磁脉冲效应及防护分析

基于微带线的分布参数,运用时域BLT方程计算了其脉冲响应、瞬态特性阻抗(导纳)、瞬态反射系数及瞬态负载电压;并运用时域BLT方程分析了不同导带宽度、厚度、不同介质层厚度及相对介电常数对瞬态响应的影响。仿真结果表明,导带宽度较宽、介质层厚度较薄、介质层相对介电常数较大的微带线能更多地消耗耦合能量,从而在一定程度上提高印制电路板(PCB)的电磁防护能力,但导带厚度对微带线的电磁防护性能影响不大。

Based on the distribution parameters, the paper calculates microstrip line impulse response, surge characteristic impedance and admittance, surge reflection coefficients and transient load voltage by employing BLT equation. It also analyzes the influence on the transient load voltage for different width and thickness of strip line, relative permitivity and thickness of dielectric substrate. The simulation results show that the wider strip line, which has thinner dielectric and greater relative permitivity, can consume more coupled energy. Consequently, it can improve the electromagnetic protection ability. But the thickness of strip line has a few effects on electromagnetic protection capability.
