资料介绍

针对常规的振动筛分机产生会有堵塞筛孔、噪声污染大、筛分细度级别低等不足,研究设计出采用超声波传感器（换能器）产生的振动波附加整个筛网上,实现物料微小颗粒筛分的电路。给出了超声波的筛分系统硬件电路设计方案及单元等进行了详细的设计,并采用单片机从而实现了脉宽和功率的跟踪调节。通过应用到药物筛分机上实验,取得了很好的筛分效果。

Aiming to solving the disadvantage of vibrating screen classifier,such as screen blinding,serious noise pollution,low fineness level screening etc,a circuit which using the ultrasonic sensor（energy conversion device）to produce oscillation wave attached to the whole screen mesh is designed,making the micro particle of material design shows the plan and unit of the screening system hardware circuit in detail,and carries out the follow-up accommodation of pulse width and power by using the ough the experiment of applying to the medicine screen classifier,an excellent screening effect has been acquired.
