集成电路测试系统通道板的研究与设计

A new channel board for integrate circuits testing system is presented in this article,which is based on a FPGA as a formatter in testing system.All of the key control units are integrated into the FPGA,such as PCI bus interface circuit,vector control unit,timing control unit.An array of pin electronics is used to force and compare the signals produced from formatter.This board owns a high integration and does promote the testing efficiency.
