针对传统故障字典进行印刷电路板故障诊断中存在的故障数据量大,分析困难,及故障诊断较多依赖人工参与的特点,将小波分析、信息融合、数据挖掘和神经网络等人工智能技术引入印刷电路板故障诊断领域,研究这四种新技术在该领域的应用方案,设计并实现一种将上述四种技术集成到一起的印刷电路板人工智能故障诊断系统。该系统能利用小波分析技术有效地自动提取故障数据集的关键特征,利用数据挖掘和神经网络等技术准确识别注入的全部故障。实际电路板测试实验表明系统识别的有效性。

For the problems of existing huge fault data,analyzing difficult and relying manual work much more in fault diagnosis of printing circuit board for traditional fault dictionary,the article introduces the artificial intelligent technologies such as wavelet analysis,information amalgamation,data mining and neural network into the fault diagnosis field of printed circuit board.The application scheme of these four technologies is researched in this field.The paper also designs and realizes an artificial intelligent fault diagnosis system of printed board with the integration of the above four technologies.The system uses the key characteristic of extracting fault data of wavelet analysis to identify all faults by data mi...
