高频系统电子管功率放大电路的建模与仿真
资料介绍
根据四极电子管4CW10000B用户手册提供的电气参数和性能测试曲线,利用ADS软件建立仿真模型。结合华中科技大学研发的回旋加速器(CYCHU-10)高频(RF)系统的功率放大要求,利用电子管设计一个输出功率为10kW的功率放大器(PA),同时考虑到了无源网络匹配问题。对101MHzRF系统中电子管功率放大器进行了仿真,仿真结果符合预期设计指标。
At first, a simulation model is implemented by ADS software in this paper, depending on the electric parameters and performance measuring curves provided b~ the user handbook of 4CW10000B tetrode. According to the demands and targets of the RF system of Cyclotron CYCI-IU-10 developed in I-Iuazhong University of Science and Technology, this paper designs a tube power amplifier (PA) with 10 kW output power, considering matching problems of passive networks. In the end, the simulation re- suits of tube power amplifier at 101 MHz are given in this paper and they agree with the design expectations.
