高速开关阀驱动电路的仿真与试验研究

高速电磁开关阀与普通电磁阀相比具有较快的切换速度,开关切换时间一般在10 m s以内,其开关切换时间与其驱动电路有着密切关系。为了缩短高速电磁阀的切换时间,根据高速开关阀的驱动需求,基于通用集成电路及分立元件设计了一种新型的驱动电路。该电路能独立设置峰值电流、保持电流以及峰值电流持续时间等控制参数。仿真和试验结果表明,该电路具有优越的动态性能指标,对提高高速开关阀的动态性能具有参考价值。

Speed solenoid valve compared with the ordinary solenoid valve has a fast switching speed,switching time is generally less than 10 ms,it is closely related to its drive circuit.In order to reduce the switching time,a new type of drive circuit was designed based on integrated circuits and discrete components,according to high-speed switch valve drive demand.The circuit can be independently set the peak current,holding current and peak current control parameters etc..Simulation and test resutls show that the circuit has good dynamic performance,and it has a reference value to improve the dynamic performance of high-speed switch valve.
